THE OPEN HOUSE AND FUNDRAISER FOR THE HEALING BARN

September 29 at 1pm-4 pm is our annual OPEN HOUSE and FUNDRAISER. There will be:

Free food

Free entertainment

Free door prize giveaways every 15 minutes with and without trivia.

Silent Auctions and raffles

Live broadcast from WRQN

Bouncy house, face painting, rock painting, grooming horses and Jack the donkey.

Come and meet all our four legged’s at the barn.

Much much more.

We have this Open house and fundraiser every year to help support the many rescue’s we have at The Healing Barn.

Cost to take care of 1 rescue is approximately 400.00 dollars a month x 12 is 4,800.00 dollars a year, with your help it makes our life easier every time a new horse or Donkey needs our help.

The Open house was a super success. Thank you all that came and/or donated to the Rescues. We had a great time with great music, food and silent auctions and raffles. The kids big and small loved the bouncy house and face painting. We had finding the painted rocks and get a door prize, along with painting rocks and taking them home. The costume parade consisted of Big Red as the police horse, Destiny has the peace horse, Irish as the unicorn, Big Nick as a Indian horse all painted up and cool, Jed as a Starbucks pony with a huge straw on his head (hilarious) and Lilly as the American Red, White, and Blue horse and of course Jack the Donkey as a pirate with a peg leg. Bahhhhhhh.
